LSA TS Support Services Operations Staff provides a highly-trained and knowledgeable team of professionals who support various classes and special events on Central Campus. Our staff is ready to advise and assist you with the installed technology in each space we support. Examples include:
All special events are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on staff availability. Depending on the details of an event, there may be charges associated with this service. We will provide more information and, if needed, an estimate before the event.
As of 12/12/23, fees associated with technician support for Special Events are as follows:
Anyone who has a confirmed classroom reservation in a room supported by LSA Technology Services.
Student Organizations must be officially sanctioned by SOAS and will need a university shortcode to arrange for staff and equipment support.
