1.   Select Wireless Presentation as the source on the room’s touch panel. 

2.   On your device, turn the WiFi on if it’s not already.

3.   Connect your device:

a)    Apple Devices:

1.   Mac Computers: Click the Control Center Icon button located on the Menu Bar at the top of your screen —> Click Screen Mirroring —> Select the room number you want to mirror to          —> Enter the four-digit PIN number that appears on the TV screen.

2.   iPads and iPhones: Swipe up to open the Control Center to access the Screen Mirroring button. (For iPhone X/iOS 12 and newer, swipe down from the upper right corner). —> Select the room number you want to mirror —> Enter the four-digit PIN number that appears on the TV screen.

b)    Windows Devices:

1.   On your keyboard, press the Windows key and K at the same time —> Select the room number you want to mirror to —> Enter the four-digit PIN number that appears on the TV screen.

c)    Android Devices:

1.   Swipe down from the top of your screen  —> Select Smart View, Cast, or Screen Mirroring  —> Select the room number you want to mirror to (Bldg/room #)  —> Enter the four-digit PIN number that appears on the TV screen.

Note:  Some devices may require an additional swipe down to expand the menu or swipe to the left to find the Smart View, Cast, or Screen Mirroring option.

4.  Troubleshooting

a)    Ensure your device is connected to the WiFi.

b)   Check that both devices are on (not powered off or in sleep mode).

c)    Wireless Presentation is selected on the Crestron touch panel.

d)   Restart your device and attempt to connect again.

e)    In the podium find the power box that says “WolfVision” —> Press and hold power button for 5 seconds —> Release —> Press power button again to turn back on —> Green=On
