If you want to reserve a desk for multiple days, you can do this both in the web dashboard and the mobile app
Web Dashboard
Navigate to the Office tab
Choose the location and floor to view available desks
Hit the Book a Desk button
On the date picker, enable Multiday to choose multiple dates. Select all days that you want to book a desk for and hit done.
Adjust time and amenities as needed. You should see all available desks that fit your selected parameters.
Click on your desired desk and hit reserve. An email confirmation will be sent to you
Mobile App
Open the mobile app
Hit the Book a Desk button
Choose the location and time to view available desks
On the date picker, enable Multiday to choose multiple dates
Select all days that you want to book a desk for (Note: Desk availability will display based on all dates. If a desk is blurred out, that means it’s not available for at least one of the dates)
The desks that are available for your dates will be green. Unavailable ones will be gray.
Select your desired desk and hit reserve. You should see the confirmation screen, and an email will be sent to you.
