John Co, Desktop Support Specialist

John will provide desktop support for labs and offices in the BSB and USB. He has ten years of experience in a variety of fields, including healthcare, construction, and technology, and is excited to now work in higher education.

Davis Hutson, Audio-Visual Technician

Davis has previously provided audio-visual support in the education field at Harding University and Rochester Christian University. He is looking forward to working with the professors and students at what he considers to be the best school in Michigan, and to be a part of a highly-skilled, passionate, and supportive team.

Delmar Jones, Audio-Visual Technician

Delmar previously worked with Daktronics supporting equipment and computer systems for the Detroit Tigers, and also has audio-visual experience with Detroit Public Television and the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History.

Colleen Karg, Inventory Clerk

Colleen will work to continue to improve and expand our asset management across LSA Technology Services and the college. She most recently worked with Piedmont Virginia Community College and brings experience in procurement and inventory management.

Mark Revesz Jr., Audio-Visual Technician

Mark comes to us from Trenton High School, where he was the Auditorium Manager and audio-visual technician. He will provide technical assistance in classrooms across LSA, ensuring courses run smoothly. Mark is excited to work with LSA Technology Services as he sees a lot of opportunities to grow.

Melissa Morgan, Technology Experience Specialist

Melissa will be a first point of contact for people who contact LSA Technology Services, helping with troubleshooting and directing them to other support teams. She has a background in retail and customer service and is working on getting a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Eastern Michigan. She is excited to work with such a great community and grow her career.

Marisa Stafford, Audio-Visual Technician

Marisa previously worked as the Production Team Lead at Amplified Productions, gaining experience in sound equipment, lighting, videography, and control systems, and will join LSA Technology Services as an audio-visual technician. They are excited to learn more about audio-visual and technology systems and join U-M as a longtime fan.

Andy Toth, Field Installer

Andy joins LSA Technology Services as a full-time employee after working with us as a contractor for a few years, supporting audio-visual installations. Andy is now working with our engineering team as a field installer.

Kaitlynn Vo.Villasenor, Technology Experience Specialist

Kaitlynn joins LSA Technology Services with a wealth of customer service and IT experience. She is looking forward to gaining experience with digital accessibility, ticketing system administration, and IT project management.

Nicole Williams, Application Systems Analyst

Nicole was with Rocket Mortgage for almost seven years working in application support and later became a Product Owner. However, she is no stranger to the university and graduated from UM-Dearborn in 2018. As a student, she worked in ITS as a Helpdesk Technician for three years. 

She joins our Web Team and will be assisting with BrightEdge/SEO, Robin, and TeamDynamix. Nicole is very excited to learn some new skills and work with an incredible group of people!
