The ISS Knowledge Base is a collection of resources and support materials on instructional technology tools, software, and teaching strategies.
by Rachel Kreager, Instructional Consultant

We've recently revamped our Instructional Knowledge Base!  The Knowledge Base is a collection of resources and support materials on instructional technology tools, software, and teaching strategies.

How is the ISS Knowledge Base organized?

The Knowledge Base is organized into six major categories:

  • Adobe Suite
  • Audio and Video Tools
  • Classroom Tools
  • Coursework Tools
  • Faculty Spotlights
  • Teaching Strategies

Each category contains how-to documentation, best practices, and support information on a wide range of software, technology, and instructional strategies.  The Knowledge Base is constantly growing and changing as we add new technologies and strategies.

In addition to the resources available in the Knowledge Base, one-on-one consultants are also available.  Contact the ISS Help Desk (734-615-0100) to learn more about scheduling a consultation.
