Thanksgiving Break Hours of Operation

How to get support during the Thanksgiving break!

LSA Technology Services will be closed starting Wednesday, November 24 at 2 p.m. and will reopen Monday, November 29 at 8 a.m. 

The following services will be closed:

  • Classroom Support

  • Computer Support for Printing, Software, Web Services, and Accounts and Access.

  • Service Desk Walk-in locations at A541 Chemistry, 1069 East Hall, 2428 Randall Lab, and 0204 LSA

  • Equipment loan at the LSA Navigation Desk, G340 Mason Hall Loan Center, and the 2001 MLB Media Center

  • All general LSA Technology Services operations are closed unless explicitly pre-determined to be available 

How can you get support during this time?

We have many self-help options that are available 24/7, including:

  1. Our LSA Technology Services Website has answers to all of our services including iClicker, Lecture Capture, Website Support, Research Computing, and many more. Here is a link to our Service offerings page!

  2. Our knowledge base has answers to many common issues you may face with technology. These support articles include videos, images, and walk-through guides.

  3. Help with DUO—Central Campus IT (ITS) is available 24/7 for emergency operations if you need a bypass code or support with a locked device. Call them at 734.764.4357.

Our guided webform can be used to submit a request for non-emergencies. All tickets submitted to LSA Technology Services will be reviewed and responded to after we open on Monday.
