Thanksgiving Break Hours of Operation

How to get help this Thanksgiving Break

LSA Technology Services will be closed starting Wednesday, November 27 at 5 p.m. and will reopen Monday, December 2 at 8 a.m. The following services will be closed:

  • Classroom Support

  • Computer Support and walk-in locations including: Printing, Software, Web Services, and Accounts and Access

  • Mason Hall Loan Center and the MLB Media Center

  • All general LSA Technology Services operations unless explicitly pre-determined to be available  

How can you get support during this time?

We have many self-help options that are available 24/7, including:

  1. Our new LSA Technology Services Website has answers to all of our services including iClicker, Lecture Capture, Website Support, and many more. 

  2. Our IT knowledgebase has answers to many common issues you may face with technology.

  3. Help with DUO—Central Campus IT (ITS) is available 24/7 for emergency operations if you need a bypass code or support with a locked device. Call them at 734.764.4357.

  4. Our Advanced Software Support vendor is open this weekend specifically from 7 a.m.–8:30 p.m., for support with applications such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and many more. They can be reached at 734.615.0100 option 2, sub option 2. 

  5. Our guided webform can be used to submit a request for non-emergencies. All tickets submitted to LSA Technology Services will be reviewed and responded to after we open on Monday.  

Final Exam Extended Support will start on Monday, December 2 within the Media Center (2001 Modern Languages Building) during the following hours:

  • Mondays–Thursdays: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 a.m.

  • Fridays: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

  • Saturdays-Sundays: 12:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.
