This summer, LSA Technology Services will be launching a new Service Management Platform, TeamDynamix (overview). This includes a unified self-service portal for you to find all of your technology related needs in one place. It’s a one-stop shopping experience—request services such as video conferencing support, check the status of your request, learn about new services, ask for help, find answers to frequently asked technology questions, and more. We are partnering with ITS in this effort to provide a seamless, delightful technology experience for the LSA community.
As part of this effort, we will be consolidating a number of disparate systems to create a more integrated service management experience. More Information about this project can be found on the Client Success Initiative page in the LSA Gateway.
