Mike Douglas Appointed CET Manager

It is with great excitement that I announce the new manager for our Customer Experience Team (CET) as Michael Douglas. Mike brings great energy and enthusiasm to his role and has done a fantastic job leading this team for the last year. His ability to work well across the organization and excel in customer service makes him a great fit for this role.  Please help me congratulate Mike on this promotion. I am so happy to have him as part of our leadership team!
