The Liaison Pilot, beginning Fall 2019, is designed to implement changes related to how we engage with units and leverage technology to positively impact their goals and needs. Organizing by division/domain, we have kept the groups working with you small and agile.

What will we be doing?
Helping you find the correct resources as needs arise and creating a process to address unmet needs.
Learning your unit’s preferred communication style (email, phone, walk-up, appointments, chat, etc.)
Weekly communications from your liaison to share news/services that could be helpful to your work. If there is no relevant news, these messages will not be sent.
Liaisons will provide assistance with connecting you to the correct service area (or solution). In many cases, they will not be able to provide an immediate solution. Liaisons are trained on needs gathering to help route you to the correct service(s).
