Through careful thought and consideration, LSA Technology Services' IT team has recently hired three Desktop Support Supervisors.
Laura Green is no stranger to U-M and joins us from ITS where she worked most recently as a Tech Consulting Supervisor. During her time there, she developed a new training program and fostered her team's culture around customer service, teamwork, mutual respect, and positivity. She loves art, photography and bike riding. She and her husband have ridden hundreds of miles on bikes throughout Detroit documenting street art and urban gardens and have a catalog of almost 10,000 pictures of the city.
Kyle Roberts is new to our U-M family and joins us from Thomson Reuters where she is known for successfully coaching, empowering, and motivating teams with a sense of unity and shared purpose. Loving travel, music, the outdoors and sports you can find her at the family cabin on Lake Charlevoix in the summer and enjoys skiing, golfing and hiking. She also enjoys watching sports, loves the Detroit Tigers, and is a die-hard Michigan State fan (gasp!).
Karen Wilson is known for her smiling face here in LSA TS. After starting at our service desk 22 years ago, she has worked her way up to lead and was the interim manager for CSG these last few months. Her interests include her rescue dogs, she's active in community service, she holds a black belt (almost 2nd degree) in Karate, and she's a huge Golden Girls fan. Her best day would consist of hanging with family at any Michigan beach followed by some serious binge-watching of anything!
