Information Technology

As part of LSA Technology Services, LSA Information Technology (LSA IT) provides first-, second-, and third-tier computing support to units that are part of the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. Highly performing and trustworthy teams of technology professionals serve as empowered stewards of college resources and as valued, timely collaborators with constituents across the college in proactively and creatively enabling the LSA missions of knowledge creation and dissemination, as well as administrative support of these missions.

LSA IT is a major contributor to Michigan IT initiatives through the Office of the VP IT-CIO, and also provides certain services, like ArcGIS, SharePoint, and the Windows Lifecycle Management System (WLMS), to other non-LSA units at the university.
