The U-M Department of Statistics will be celebrating its 50th Anniversary on September 20-21, 2019 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and would like to invite students, alumni, faculty, and friends of statistics to join us for a celebratory symposium. There will be talks led by former professors and alumni, as well as panel discussions.

Founded in 1969, the Department will be celebrating the advancements that have been made in the field of statistics in the past 50 years, as well as the many students, faculty, and staff of statistics who have passed through our halls.
