The composition of the United States’ population is changing: by 2044, it will have a non-white majority. This shift brings with it challenges that have the potential to divide us. The good news is that diversity (racial, ethnic, linguistic, religious, etc.) is a powerful and positive force, one that can give the US a competitive advantage in the world. The Center for Social Solutions provides research and practical insights to define, leverage, and value diversity so it works for everyone.
