This webinar will update the use of polygenic scores in the CVFS. This includes novel techniques for generating multi-ethnic polygenic scores, the use of traditional scores in novel populations, using polygenic scores to examine gene-environment correlation, and finally the applications of family models (trios, parent-child, and sibling models) to better estimate genetic effects. There will be a Q&A session after the presentation.
