Every year, the University of Michigan receives almost 60,000 applications—enough people to fill more than half of Michigan Stadium—for a class of fewer than 7,000 first-year students.

More than 4,000 of those students—like you—enroll in the university’s College of Literature, Science, and the Arts.

Of those, we select only 35 to join the Kessler Scholars.

This is a truly special community.
