Lecturer I of Spanish
About
My research focuses on the historiography produced in Peru during colonial times. More recently I have begun exploring issues of gender in ancient Peru and how these changed after the establishment of Spanish colonial power. I am also interested in translation studies and the importance of localization. I have over twelve years of experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language with a special focus on Heritage students.
