The classroom facilities in East Quad can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, serving LSA and RC faculty, students and student groups. You can express your interest in reserving the following rooms via the form below: EQ Room 1405, 1423, 1505, 1506, 1507, 1508, 1511, 1512, B804, B810, B814, B830, B834, B852, and B856.
Due to high-demand, reservations should be made at least one week in advance. Requests are processed between 9:00 AM-4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Requests submitted after 4:00 PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday at the earliest.

Classroom Access
Classroom access is available for non-EQ residents Monday - Friday 7 AM - 9 PM. Be advised that classes take place in the rooms between these hours, but can otherwise be reserved for use. Classrooms are not open to non-EQ residents outside of these hours. Classrooms are accessible to EQ residents during the after-hour times via card swipe access.
Please note: only EQ residents have swipe card access to rooms during the weekend. If you do not have an EQ resident as part of your group, you will need to go to the Community Center for access.
Reservation calendar: To reserve a room past 6:00 pm, please change the calendar end time to reflect the appropriate time schedule.
Currently, we are only accepting reservations for Summer 2023. Fall 2023 reservations will open after classroom schedules are finalized and updates to the reservation system are complete.
STUDENT ORGS: We will begin processing student org requests the week of August 21
