We are excited to announce that Charlie Murphy, Director of RC Academic Services and member of the RC staff just shy of 20 years, has been recognized by the College of LSA Dean's Office with the 2020 Kay Beattie Outstanding Individual Employee Award for the Undergraduate Education Division. This award recognizes Charlie for his integrity, accountability, sound judgment, collaboration, and positive engagement with students, faculty and staff in his career in the Residential College.

Charlie joins another member of the RC staff who was recognized with this award in 2014: Jennifer Myers, the former Director of RC Academic Services.

Robby Griswold, our Communications and Outreach Specialist (and Arts and Ideas alum '07), was recognized with the 2020 Rising Star Award for the Undergraduate Division for strong performance, energy and drive, and a focus on service in his first two years working at the RC.

Robby joins fellow RC staff members Miaisha Peoples Miller, 2017, and Marion Van Dam, 2019, in receiving the LSA Rising Star Award.

Congratulations to the awardees for these honors, and thanks to all the RC staff for your commitment to our students and our educational mission!
