Graduate Student; Personality and Social Contexts
About
Faculty Advisor: Isis Settles
Tangier Davis is a PhD pre-candidate in the Personality and Social Context program and an affiliate of the Gender and Feminist Psychology department. She is interested in using an intersectional lens to understand the ways in which having multiple marginalized identities can affect the experiences and outcomes of Black women. She is also interested in exploring and addressing the barriers that women of color face when moving throughout academia (e.g., as students, as graduate students, as faculty, etc.).
