Two LSA Psychology faculty were elected President of major psychological research organizations in 2025. Pamela Davis-Kean was elected President of the Association for Psychological Science (APS), and Deborah Rivas Drake was elected President of the Society for Research in Child Development (SRCD).
Davis-Kean’s role at APS will last for three years, including at President-Elect starting in 2025, President starting in 2026, and Past-President staring in 2027. Click here to more info about Davis-Kean’s election, including a description of her plans as President.
