Professor Vonnie McLoyd has been selected to receive the 2014 Award for Distinguished Leadership in Psychology from APA's Committee on Socioeconomic Status (CSES).

This award recognizes the achievements of psychologists who have made significant contributions to the understanding of socioeconomic status and the lives and wellbeing of the poor.

Vonnie will be presented with the award at the 2014 APA Convention in Washington, DC.
