About
I am pursuing a Ph.D. in political science at the University of Michigan. I received a J.D. from Yale Law School, an M.S. in cyber security from New York University's Tandon School of Engineering, and an A.B. from Dartmouth College. I study the unintended consequences of laws and regulations, particularly those governing interjurisdictional activity. Before beginning the Ph.D. program, I was a practicing lawyer. From 2021 to 2022, I will be clerking for Judge Mark J. Bennett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
