Benjamin Lempert

Benjamin Lempert is a Ph.D. student in American politics. His current research focuses on agency reputation and de facto agency independence. He has also published on ranked-choice voting.

He earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2021, where he was Book Review Editor for the Michigan Law Review. Before starting graduate work, Ben taught high school history at Perspectives Charter School – Joslin in Chicago.
