Mark Gerstein

Mark is a corporate partner at Latham & Watkins, a global law firm, and a Chair of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions group. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Youth Guidance, an independent agency on-site in Chicago public schools which helps guide at-risk youth towards paths of success, and the J. Kyle Braid Leadership Foundation, which teaches already-recognized high school students further leadership and peer-mentoring skills in a unique and ranch-based training program.  Mark serves on the Advisory Board to the Political Science Department at the University of Michigan and served on the Visiting Committee of the University of Chicago Law School.  He is also a Trustee of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and a director of the Ravinia Festival.
