Brian Weatherson

Brian specializes in epistemology and philosophy of language, though he has interests in most areas of philosophy. He has two books: Normative Externalism (Oxford 2019), and A History of Philosophy Journals, Volume 1: Evidence from Topic Modeling, 1876–2013 (Maize Books 2022). He is currently working on two other books. One is defending an interest-relative theory of knowledge, and the other is on the relationship between game theory and decision theory.

He is an editor of Philosophers' Imprint, and was the founding editor of Philosophy Compass, and an was in the past an editor of Philosophical Review.
