Utilizing positive organizational scholarship to enrich organizational culture, authentic leadership, organizational strategy, and decision-making
Organizations are complex entities that aspire to achieve common goals. Throughout my time in the Organizational Studies Program, I aim to investigate effective organizational strategies and types of cultures that can serve as foundations for organizational success and goal attainment. Additionally, I want to understand the individual thought processes behind the decisions made by those in leadership roles within organizations, and the science behind how leaders can positively influence their places of work. In my studies, I intend to explore how people overcome challenges, accomplish goals, and ultimately find meaning and purpose in their work.
