The Andy and Ellyn Lansing Leader-Scholar award is given to a rising senior who demonstrates academic excellence in the classroom and leadership qualities in the Organizational Studies Program and/or larger University of Michigan community. Winners of this award are chosen by the OS faculty and staff.

Jenna Fiore has shown consistent leadership commitment to the OS program in many ways. She has been a regular student advisory board and recruitment team member. She launched a pre-class coffee session for OS305 to help the cohort connect outside of class. She will be the peer mentor for 2014-15.

Outside of OS, she is a board member of the UM Ballroom Dance Team. She participated as a research assistant in the National Center for Institutional Diversity and teaches at a local school.

Congratulations, Jenna, on winning this most  prestigious student award in Organizational Studies!
