CVS Health HR Corporate Internship Program - Q&A Session with OS

CVS Health, a Fortune 4 Company, is looking to recruit from Michigan OS for its Summer 2022 HR Corporate Internship! We are offering a full-time 10-week summer internship, designed to provide real work experience within Human Resources, and each intern would be aligned to a HR Business Unit. Examples of past internship work include developing talent acquisition strategies, working with HR Business Partner groups, colleague annual satisfaction survey results analysis and action planning, talent calibration, talent development, diversity recruiting, analytics, employee engagement, payroll and tax. Interns that are a part of our program will have the chance at the end of the summer to become part of our Human Resources Leadership Development Program, a full-time rotational program that would start in June of 2023. Therefore, students that are a part of our Summer Internship Program would be given the chance to obtain a full-time offer before the start of their senior year.

Michigan Alumnus Rian Ratnavale (’21) is currently in his first rotation as a Talent Acquisition Associate, and as an intern, last summer, worked as a Human Resources Business Partner Intern. He will be presenting on the internship and full-time program, and how OS students especially would be well-prepared to succeed in the internship program, given their liberal arts approach to understanding and analyzing organizations.

Student Eligibility: OS juniors only are eligible for the internship program, however, OS seniors are welcome to join the session to learn more about this company and their full-time positions currently open!*
