Achieving Organizational Success through Strategic Financial Decision Making
How can one strategically make the most effective and efficient decision for the good of a group? Through Organizational Studies with my concentration in financial decision-making, I hope to uncover this answer by combining my interdisciplinary interests in economics, business, psychology, and sociology. My passion is to help build and lead productive organizations by making challenging financial decisions along with a unique perspective in positive organizational scholarship. Along with my minor in Entrepreneurship, an education in organizational theory provides me with the framework to create innovative strategies and an avenue to practice thoughtful leadership to produce the most successful products and projects. With my strong background in economics and business as well as a foundation in statistics and data analysis, I intend to promote positive change within teams at a micro and macro level.
