Organizational Communication and Culture
I believe one of the most important markers of success in a company or corporation is its company culture. Culture is a huge part of attracting and retaining quality employees and fostering meaningful and healthy work relationships. My pathway focuses on combining quality leadership, diversity equity and inclusion, and strategic decision-making to create a positive and inclusive company culture. Good leadership and quality communication can incentivize employees to not only complete their tasks but facilitate healthy work relationships with one another. I hope to learn leadership strategies to become a more effective and efficient leader, as well as decision making strategies to assist with company changes and variability. I also hope to learn strategies to create more diversity and inclusion within these systems to create a more equitable and respectful work environment.
