Strategic Decision Making Through A Creative and Ethical Lens
Through my pathway, I hope to assist in making organizations more efficient by using creative and ethical solutions to simplify complicated processes. In these practices, I would have Diversity, Equity and Inclusion(DEI), ethical choices, and the potential aftermath at the forefront of those decisions. Through coursework of decision-processes, data analysis, and social organization, I hope to integrate these all into my pathway of effective decision making for a future in consultation or human resources.
