Positive Organizational Scholarship
My academic interests revolve around uniting corporate responsibility to positive business practices in order to empower people at work and in return, larger society. I’m interested in exploring ideas like psychological safety, synergy and conflict resolution, employee empowerment, emotional intelligence, sense of belonging in the workforce, and the effects of work environments on human health and well-being. I aspire to scientifically investigate and master the areas that make up quality workplaces in order to create organizations that have proper leadership, diversity, quality of work life, and overall improvement of people at work. In the future, I plan to attend graduate school to become an organizational psychologist and further my research.
