Understanding the Intersection Between the Changing Economy and Legal Protection in Order to Improve the Interaction Between Business and the Individual
I have always been interested in how the larger society influences the individual. For instance, the economy, at any level, has a profound affect on how people interact and live. Businesses within emerging markets essentially pave the path for the future in new fields. I believe the study of organizations is essential in understanding the relationship between individuals within businesses and the greater economy. As the economy changes and new fields emerge, it is important to consider the legal implications within society. For example, as the prominency of technology in our daily lives rapidly expands, new legal protection must be implemented to protect individuals' rights. The combination of my study in economics and organizational studies, accompanied by classes examining the relationship between law and society, will provide me the resources necessary to understand the intersection between law and business.
