The process of developing an invaluable solution has always fascinated me. Getting to an end goal, whether it is creating a product, solving a mystery, or making a positive change within an organization, is exciting to me. Using my double-majors in Organizational Studies and Psychology, I plan to learn effective strategies for mitigating obstacles that organizations face, integrating the resources and creative collaboration needed in order to generate success.
