About
What do you appreciate most about the Hub and why?
I appreciate the Hub's warm and welcoming atmosphere that allows me to personalize my time with the team! I always leave feeling appreciated and confident!
What did you want to be when you were a first-year in high school, and how have your goals changed shape since you came to U-M
As a first-year in high school, I wanted to be a lawyer...maybe that was so long ago! Since then I have found that my true passion still lies in helping others, however, I feel that doing so through education and organizational development to be a more appropriate path for my goals that align with my passions.
What is it about an LSA education that you've found the most exciting or valuable
The liberal arts education of LSA has allowed me the opportunity to explore many different subjects and disciplines to customize what I want to gain from my educational experience. Having the freedom to explore where my interests intersect to find a major that fits me, while also still having the freedom to take courses I find exciting for fun allows me to stay excited about school!
What advice do you have for students for them to get the most out of their time in LSA and at U-M?
Explore as much as possible and try new things! Take a course that you find interesting even though it scares you! Don't be afraid to look into different clubs and resources so you can find what tools and hobbies work for your goals and habits!
