Assistant Director of Coaching and Outreach
About
Mariana supports the Hub through coaching and outreach efforts. She leads a team of Hub Coaches, meets 1:1 with students, facilitates workshops, and coordinates outreach within the college through student groups, units, and departments. Mariana holds a Board Certification as a Career Coach and uses her training to empower students as they develop their aspirations and professional identities. She aims to connect LSA students, with a deep commitment to those who have been historically underserved, to opportunities and resources available at U-M and beyond. In her downtime she enjoys traveling and being close to a lake or ocean.
