About
Across her work, Kate empowers students to embrace the power and versatility of a liberal arts and sciences education. In addition to providing 1-on-1 and group coaching, she serves as the lead instructor for ALA 125: Positioning Yourself for a Successful Internship and ALA 325: Putting Your Education to Work. Kate brings a strong foundation in the humanities and public engagement to the Hub’s mission of supporting students in their pursuit of purposeful work. Prior to joining the LSA Opportunity Hub, Kate completed an Americorps Teaching Fellowship with Citizen Schools and earned a PhD in History & Women’s Studies.
