Doing Social Media in London Without Leaving Campus
Jessica Jung | Senior | Communication/Creative Writing-Literature
“I spent the fall semester interning remotely with RINF Tech UK, a software company in London. I definitely stepped outside my comfort zone by doing a virtual internship with a tech company, but two great things happened: I connected with alumni that I otherwise wouldn't have met, and I was able to confirm my interests in this field. In fact, I'm continuing my internship with RINF Tech UK this semester, and have been looking for social media-related jobs. Of course any internship opportunity is a great one, but by being a virtual intern, I was able to face entirely new challenges and form connections abroad. I’d highly recommend it to other students. I got an incredible mentor out of it.” Interested? Search for virtual internship opportunities.
