Mentorship, network-building, and a willingness to embrace change are just some of the factors that led Julie Younglove-Webb to find herself leading hundred person teams at K-Mart, Potbelly, and Dominos. Although she was convinced she would be an academic growing up, Julie quickly found herself leaning into her networks of professional contacts and her LSA skills to strategically jump into leadership roles in corporate America. Now Julie returns to LSA to talk about when and how she recognized opportunity, strategies for leveraging the LSA network, and finding success when plans change.

About Julie:
Julie Younglove-Webb most recently served as Domino’s senior vice president for Team USA. Prior to Domino’s, she served as senior vice president and chief restaurant operations officer at Potbelly Corp. She began her career with the brand as a Potbelly Sandwich Shop general manager and spent more than 12 years advancing into leadership operations roles.

Younglove-Webb has strong strategic retail leadership experience with senior roles in operations, marketing and IT, having previously served as senior vice president for customer experience at Sears, Roebuck and Co., and Kmart Corp. In 2006, she was named in Chain Store Age magazine’s 40 Under 40 Retail’s Rising Stars.
