As a recruiter in Tech with 15 years of experience, Arielle will spend this hour-long session spilling the tea on the best-kept secrets of getting hired in this competitive industry. As an LSA alum, Arielle has high-level insider knowledge to share with LSA students on what it takes to create a strong network, zero in on the right jobs, ace an interview, and negotiate a strong package after receiving an initial offer. Be prepared to take copious notes and walk away with solid tools for advancing your career post-graduation.

About Arielle:
Arielle is a Lead Recruiter in Tech who specializes in finding top tier product designers. With 15+ years of industry experience, she has hired over 400 people, and coached more than 750 employees through the interview and salary negotiation process—a part of her job that she enjoys the most. She previously worked in the Detroit, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York markets for companies like Pandora Media, Uber, Slack, HBO Max, and now Pinterest. Arielle graduated from the LSA in 2005 with a major in Communication Studies. Since early 2020, she’s also led Career Coaching Sessions for LSA’s Communications and Media department twice yearly.
