Share your opportunities through LSA Engage

With over 85 majors and 100 minors across 75 academic departments in the college...

LSA graduates go on to pursue careers in virtually every industry, job function, and location. Because of the intellectually rigorous nature of their education and the breadth and scope of their learning, U-M’s undergraduate students in the liberal arts and sciences are adaptive and agile thinkers that are better prepared to come work with you and nurture their leadership potential.

The first step to recruiting talented LSA students is posting your internship or job on LSA Engage, the college’s online career platform, where the LSA student body can easily view and apply so you can get the most diverse pool of applicants.

There is no cost associated with LSA Engage.

Check out 12Twenty’s Support Site for answers to questions like:

How do I sign up for LSA Engage?

"12Twenty offers two ways for employers (companies) to connect with top talent all around the world. They can create individual user accounts to access individual university career center platforms, or they can access all schools simultaneously through our Employer Portal.
Once an employer user has created their account, they can use their credentials to sign on to any school's platform, to request access posting jobs and events, review resume books, and access candidate search." READ ON IN 12TWENTY

Do I have to pay to use this service?

While there may be a fee associated with posting within 12Twenty's Global Network, using LSA Engage (The Opportunity Hub’s version of 12Twenty) will not have any fee associated with posting. Thus if you wish to post opportunities specifically targeting students in the college of LSA at U-M, you may do so for free.

How can I manage applications for an internship?

"When a job posting’s student application period closes, employers receive an email notification informing them that their posting’s application materials are available to view and access by logging into the 12Twenty system (the 12Twenty system does not presently send ad-hoc application documents to employers, but rather will send a single notification at the close of the job posting application period). In order for this to occur, be sure that the “Job Posting Closed” & “Job Posting Closed (OCI)” notifications are enabled on the Notifications tab of your OCI and Job Listings site settings page."
