Karl Winsor graduated in 2016 with a dual degree in Honors Mathematics (LSA) and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (Engineering). While at U-M Karl participated in NSF-REU summer research at U-M and at the SMALL REU project at Williams College.  He was also active in volunteer tutoring with U-M's Math Circle and STEM Society.  Karl won the Goldwater Scholarship in 2015 and the Churchill Scholarship to attend the University of Cambridge in 2016.  Next year Karl will pursue a MAst in Theoretical Mathematics at Cambridge before starting the PhD program in Mathematics at Harvard with an NSF Graduate Research Fellowship.
