Peace Corps

Peace Corps is a program sponsored by the US government that sends volunteers to countries around the world to serve alongside the local community in one of the following six sectors: Agriculture, Environment, Community Economic Development, Health, Education, or Youth-in-Development. For more information about the role of a Peace Corps Volunteer, visit here. Undergraduate students interested in Peace Corps are encouraged to consider Peace Corps Prep, a certificate program at U-M that prepares students for global service after graduation.
