Julio Cardona has over 20 years of experience in higher education administration. Along with the position asĀ assistant dean for student affairs, human resources, and diversity, equity & inclusion at the School of Music, Theatre & Dance, Dr. Cardona is a lecturer in the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education in the School of Education, all at the University of Michigan. Current Work:
Research is currently focused on multicultural, global engagement, and intercultural development reflected in both the curricular and co-curricular experiences provided to students attending higher education institutions.
