About
Dr. Jalin B. Johnson (she, her) learned early on that advocacy requires altruism. Maintaining an active dedication to community equity and service to others, has allowed her to remain committed to this principle.
As a mentor and as an advocate for womxn, community & health equity, members of the armed services, and those categorized as ‘underserved’ and ‘underrepresented,’ she continues to focus on transformational justice and stewardship.
Through efforts including the “Advocating for Equity Initiative,” serving as a Chair for Doctoral Dissertation Committees, the development of several dozen J.E.D.I. centered initiatives, cross-cultural & inter-cultural driven facilitation and consulting practices via Dr.Jalin.com and the Insufferable Academics podcast, Dr. Johnson aims to walk in service.
