About
Dr. Andri Georgiadou is a Fulbright Visiting Professor at the Penn State University. She worked as an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and Program Director for the MSc in Global Business at the University of Hertfordshire and London School of Economics and Political Science in the UK before returning to Cyprus. Andri’s research focuses on equality, diversity and inclusion at work from comparative, relational and interdisciplinary perspectives. She is a recipient of the 2014 Graduate Scholar Award for Diversity in Organizations, Communities & Nations, and the Director and Founder and of the Equality Inclusion and Diversity (EQUIDY) Center in Cyprus.
Current Work:
As an early career researcher, Dr. Georgiadou has developed a solid foundation in the essential elements of research, and tries to apply them to turn research ideas into solid scientific and industrial contributions. As a junior scholar, she conducts research, which explores aspects of equality, diversity, and inclusion at work. Dr. Georgiadou pursues a mainly curiosity driven, yet theoretically rigorous, empirically grounded and policy relevant, research agenda. Her research seeks to answer important questions and address significant problems that face workplaces. For example, her recent work focused on the socioeconomic determinants of the adoption of diversity programs.
