About
Mohammad Hosseini holds a BA in business management (2013, Eindhoven), MA in applied ethics (2016, Utrecht) and PhD in research ethics and integrity (2021, Dublin). His research interests include explorations about ethics of authorship and citations, publication ethics, research ethics and integrity and gender/diversity issues. His PhD thesis explored the ethics of contributor role ontologies and taxonomies. He is currently a Postdoctoral scholar in the department of preventive medicine (health and biomedical informatics) at Northwestern University and collaborates with the Northwestern University Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (NUCATS).
Current Work:
Dr. Hosseini's scholarship explores modern attitudes to scholarly authorship and contributions, intersections of technology and ethics, and gender/diversity issues.
