MCSP Students Win MLK Award
This year, MCSP students are Honored at the University of Michigan's Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Spirit Awards. The award, sponsored by the Center for Engaged Academic Learning, honors undergraduate students who demonstrate and exemplify the leadership and extraordinary vision of Martin Luther King. These students have a strong academic record and are committed to fostering diversity, equity, and social justice. This year, 14 of the 30 students honored are MCSP students, who are currently or have been leaders within the learning community. This honor demonstrates the commitment the program has towards the goals identified by the Awards.
MCSP congratulates all the students honored at the MLK Spirit Awards ceremony! Extra congratulations are extended to Ayotomiwa Ojo and Amani Echols for being the recipients of the MLK Spirit Award!
