As part of the Global Intercultural Experience for Undergraduates, three MCSP students  traveled across India this summer to learn more about, and promote, food sustainability. Alexis West, Sharae Franklin and Gloriela Iguina-Colon had an amazing time abroad, and they are eager to share their stories and lessons with the entire MCSP community when they return to campus this fall.
